Ross Morales Rocketto is the Chief Advocacy and Culture Change Officer at Equimundo, an organization working at the intersection of gender equity, masculinity, and wellbeing. Ross has over two decades of experience building and launching large-scale organizations and campaigns. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Man Made, a non-profit focused on building projects that support men’s wellbeing at scale. Ross is also the President and CEO of Brick by Brick, a chain of gyms addressing social isolation among men by bringing them together into physical space. Ross combines this work with his role at Equimundo, strengthening their collective impact by changing the scripts around masculinity. Ross lives in Chicago, IL with his partner Jess, his two dogs Nacho and Pierogi, as well as his cat, Baby Kitty.
