Paul Dalio is a writer, director and composer whose work explores mental health through film, music and storytelling. His feature-film debut, Touched with Fire, was inspired by his experience living with bipolar disorder and received recognition from numerous mental-health organizations. Paul is also an advocate, educator and author who uses his creative work to challenge stigma and illuminate the complexity of mental illness.
